About this policy

LammahGames provides Prismhold, a tower defense game. This policy describes information handled by the game and the services it uses. For help or a privacy request, use our contact form and start your message with Prismhold.

Progress and settings on your device

The game saves your local profile name and icon, Shop Coins, level, unlocked content, tower lineup, cosmetics, boosts, achievements, run records, daily rewards and settings on your device. Your profile name does not create an online account or public profile. It also keeps a local recovery copy of progress. Prismhold does not provide a player account, chat, its own cloud-save service or a first-party gameplay analytics service. Your saved game is not sent to a LammahGames game server.

Your operating system may include app data in backups or device transfers, depending on its settings. Recovery and transfer are not guaranteed. A browser demo stores progress in that browser; clearing its site data can remove the save.

Advertising and related information

The mobile app uses Google AdMob to show ads and Google's User Messaging Platform to manage applicable privacy choices. These services may process device and advertising identifiers, IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, ad views and interactions, other app interactions, crash reports, performance information and other diagnostics. Prismhold does not request precise GPS location for advertising.

This information supports delivering and measuring ads, advertising personalization where permitted, consent management, reliability and fraud prevention. Where permissions and choices allow, identifiers may be linked to a device and used with information from other apps or websites for targeted advertising or advertising measurement.

Purchases

Apple's App Store or Google Play handles mobile purchases and billing. Prismhold reads store purchase status to provide and recover permanent access, including Remove Ads and Arsenal Bundle. It stores ownership state and a local record of delivered Coin purchases, including store transaction identifiers or purchase tokens, product identifiers and delivery information. These records help prevent the same purchase from being credited twice. It does not send your purchase receipt to a LammahGames backend, and LammahGames does not receive your full payment-card information through the game.

The relevant store manages its transaction records and refunds under its own terms and privacy policy. Shop Coins can be earned by playing or bought in consumable packs through the store. They buy selected profile icons, are separate from in-match battle gold, are not cash and cannot be withdrawn. Browser-demo purchase controls are simulations and do not charge you.

Advertising choices

Ad requests depend on the consent state returned by Google's consent service. On iOS, Prismhold also requests tracking permission when the system permits a prompt and you have not already made a choice. You may decline and continue playing. You can change the app's tracking permission in iOS settings.

Where Google's consent service requires a privacy-choice entry point, Settings → Ads Consent lets you revisit available choices. Advertising can vary with your location and permissions. Nonpersonalized ads may still use identifiers and technical information; declining personalization does not stop every kind of ad-related processing. Google explains its ad-serving modes here.

Resetting or deleting information

Settings → Reset Save resets your local profile, gameplay progress and Coin balance and updates its local recovery copy. Active permanent store purchases can be recovered using the same store account. The app retains its local Coin-delivery transaction history through an intentional reset to prevent a completed purchase from being credited again. Spent or reset Coin balances are not refilled by recovering purchases. Resetting progress is not a refund. Clearing app or browser data, or uninstalling, can also affect local progress, subject to operating-system backup and restoration.

Reset Save does not delete records held by Google, Apple, Google Play, support services or device backups. Use those providers' controls for their records. For access, correction, deletion or other requests about information you supplied to LammahGames, use our contact form. Rights depend on your location and the information involved.

Support and website visits

Our external contact form asks for your name, email address, request category and message so we can handle your request. Send only information needed to explain the issue. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.

The contact website's information handling is covered by the LammahGames website privacy policy. Visiting support or privacy pages also involves ordinary hosting requests, such as your IP address and technical request information. This is separate from local gameplay.

Retention, processing locations and security

Local progress remains until it is reset or otherwise removed, and may remain in operating-system backups. Advertising and store providers retain their records according to their policies. Support records are managed separately under the website policy. Services may process information outside your country.

We use information to provide requested game and support features, maintain the service and, where required, with your consent for advertising practices. Device security affects locally stored information. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security or recovery of lost progress.

Parents and guardians

Check the age rating shown by your app store. Prismhold has no player registration or chat. Parents and guardians can use device controls for purchases and permissions. Contact us if you have a question about a child's information or use of the game.
