It is a one-time purchase that removes banners and automatic interstitial ads and unlocks the Patron Ring cosmetic. Optional reward videos remain available. The US App Store price is configured at $0.99; your store shows the price and currency before you confirm. Availability depends on the app's release in your store.

Arsenal is a one-time purchase. It includes nine additional maps, eight additional Keepers, eight additional tower types, all 23 Shop cosmetics, eight profile icons, all ten reusable boosts, and every permanent upgrade at maximum rank. Mirror Maps and starts at waves 10, 20 and 30 are included. You can arm up to two boosts for a run and choose up to eight tower types.

Nova and Switchback are free. Eight free tower types unlock through progression. Aurora, Foundry, Maelstrom and Obsidian offer Easy, Medium and Hard choices. Existing Arsenal owners receive the expanded bundle. Remove Ads and Coin packs are separate purchases.

In version 1.7, open Shop → Bundles → Check Owned Items, beneath Remove Ads. Use an internet connection and the same store account used for the purchase. This recovers permanent purchases; it does not refund money or refill spent Coins. Earlier versions may label this action Restore Purchases in Settings.

Access applies to the store where you bought it. Prismhold does not provide an account that transfers purchases between Apple and Google. Earlier paid Celestial Styles and Unlimited Boosts purchases retain their original benefits. Historical earned cosmetic and permanent-upgrade records are kept, but their active use in 1.7 requires Arsenal unless an earlier paid purchase covers the benefit.

If the store shows a pending purchase, wait for its decision and reopen the game. If a completed purchase is still missing after checking owned items, contact support. Your store handles billing and refund requests. Browser-demo purchases are simulations and do not take payments.

Shop Coins can be earned through play or bought in packs of 2,000, 12,000 or 35,000. They buy eleven profile icons in the Icons section. Your store shows the localized price before you confirm. Coins are separate from the battle gold used to build and upgrade towers during a match.

Coin packs are consumable purchases. Recovering permanent purchases does not refill spent Coins, and Coins cannot be withdrawn as money. If a completed pack has not appeared, reconnect to the internet and reopen the game so it can check unfinished store deliveries, then contact support if it is still missing.

Close and reopen the game first. Avoid Reset Save while investigating because it resets local progress and its recovery copy. Tell us the last action and the approximate balance or progress you expected.

Progress is stored on your device or in the browser you used. There is no Prismhold account or its own cloud-save service. Clearing data, changing devices or reinstalling can affect progress. Operating-system backups may restore data, but recovery is not guaranteed. Coins may be earned or purchased. They cannot be withdrawn as money. A reset, reinstall or lost device data can lose the locally saved balance; permanent purchase recovery does not refill it.

Ads depend on your connection, privacy choices, region and available advertising. Wait and try later. A reward is granted when the advertising service reports successful completion; closing a video early may not earn it.

If you finished a video but did not get the reward, tell us which offer you selected and when it happened, together with your device and app version.

On iOS, change tracking permission in device settings. Settings → Ads Consent appears when Google's consent service requires that choice and lets you revisit available advertising options.

Reset Save resets your local profile, gameplay progress and Coin balance. Permanent store purchases can be recovered with the same store account. The local Coin-delivery record remains through an intentional reset to prevent repeat credit; this does not restore the old Coin balance. It does not delete records held by ad providers, app stores, support services or device backups.
