يمكنك تقديم الطلب من هذا الموقع دون إعادة تثبيت التطبيق. إذا كنت تستطيع تسجيل الدخول، افتح إعدادات الحساب واختر «حذف الحساب نهائيًا». أدخل كلمة المرور في النموذج الآمن هناك، واكتب «حذف حسابي» ثم أكّد الحذف. لا يمكن التراجع بعد اكتماله.

إذا تعذّر عليك الدخول أو أردت مساعدة، افتح نموذج الدعم. اختر «مشكلة في الحساب» أو «شيء آخر»، واكتب «طلب حذف حساب لَمّة وبياناته» في بداية الرسالة. اذكر بريد الحساب الذي تريد حذفه، واستخدمه للتواصل إن كان متاحًا لك. يمكنك إرسال الطلب بالعربية أو الإنجليزية.

نحتاج إلى التحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل معالجة طلب الحذف عبر الدعم. لا تكتب كلمة مرورك أو رموز التحقق في رسالة الدعم. إذا فقدت الوصول إلى بريد الحساب، وضّح ذلك لنساعدك في التحقق. وصول رسالة الدعم يعني استلام الطلب، وليس أن الحساب حُذف تلقائيًا؛ نراجعه ونتواصل معك لإتمامه.

ما البيانات التي تُحذف؟

بعد اكتمال حذف الحساب، تزيل لَمّة من قاعدة بياناتها النشطة سجل الحساب، بما فيه الاسم والبريد وبيانات كلمة المرور المحمية، وجلسات تسجيل الدخول، وتفضيلات الحساب، والألعاب المحفوظة وسجل الألعاب والنتائج، وجلسات الأسئلة وسجلها المرتبط بالحساب، والزيارات المرتبطة بالحساب. كما تُحذف رسائل الدعم وسجلات التحقق من البريد واستعادة كلمة المرور ومحاولات الدخول التي تطابق بريد الحساب.

حذف الحساب لا يحذف تلقائيًا رسائل دعم أرسلتها من عنوان بريد آخر، أو سجلات ضيف لم تكن مرتبطة بالحساب؛ اذكرها في طلبك إن أردت مراجعتها. سجلات جلسات أسئلة الضيف تُنظّف عند تجاوزها 45 يومًا كما توضّح السياسة العامة. بيانات الضيف الموجودة على جهازك تُدار بشكل منفصل عن حساب الموقع.

ما الذي قد يبقى؟

لا تحتفظ لَمّة بسجلات الحساب المذكورة في قاعدة بياناتها النشطة بعد اكتمال الحذف. قد تبقى نسخ مؤقتة أو سجلات تشغيل لدى مزوّدي الاستضافة أو البريد وفق سياساتهم ومتطلبات الأمن أو الالتزام. سجلات Google الخاصة بالإعلانات والموافقة تُدار عبر Google ولا يحذفها طلب حذف حساب لَمّة. لا توجد مدة ثابتة معلنة هنا لهذه النسخ أو السجلات لدى المزوّدين؛ راجع سياسة لَمّة وسياسة Google، أو اسأل الدعم عن طلب محدد.

Delete your Lammah account and data

You can request deletion here without reinstalling the app. If you can sign in, open Account settings and select permanent account deletion (حذف الحساب نهائيًا). Enter your password only in that secure form, type حذف حسابي and confirm. Completed deletion cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in or need help, open the Support form. Select Account problem (مشكلة في الحساب) or Something else (شيء آخر). Begin your message with “Delete my Lammah account and data” and identify the account email. Use that email to contact us when possible. Requests can be written in English or Arabic.

We must verify account ownership before handling a support-assisted deletion. Never put your password or verification codes in a support message. If you no longer control the account email, explain that so we can help with verification. The form confirms receipt of your request; it does not delete your account automatically. We review the request and contact you to complete it.

Data removed when deletion completes

Lammah removes the account record, including name, email and protected password credentials; sign-in sessions; account preferences; saved games, game history and results; account-linked question sessions and question history; and account-linked site visits from its active database. It also removes support messages, email-verification records, password-reset records and login-attempt records matching the account email.

Support messages sent from a different email address and guest records not linked to your account are not automatically matched to the deletion. Mention them in your request if you want us to review them. Guest question-session records older than 45 days are removed by routine cleanup, as described in the general privacy policy. Guest data on your device is separate from your website account.

Records outside the active account database

Lammah does not keep the listed account records in its active database after deletion completes. Hosting or email providers may retain temporary backups or operational records under their policies and security or legal obligations. Google independently controls its advertising and consent records; deleting your Lammah account does not delete those records. No fixed retention period for those provider copies is stated here.
